June 2007 Storage Building

Short Story

This is a small storage building, in East London, not the easiest of builds as you can see the ground was uneven. We had to cut this kit on site and then bolt it to the existing concrete slab. The colour is Cornflower Blue 18E53.

April 2008 Bagley’s Farm, Grit Blasting Building

Short Story

This building is now being used grit blasting in the refurbishment of articulated Lorries and trailers; the finished building was lined galvanised panels with inset lighting to form a booth.

July Polo Club Storage 2008

Short Story

Large machinery store at a polo club. This was a nice straightforward build; we had a nice large working area, this building is a single skin Juniper Green cladding with skylight panels in the roof.

September 2008 Ashmole School Construction Store

Short Story

This is a small construction store for a school in London. The grey door is a security double personal access door. The building colour is Juniper Green 12B29.

December 2008 Carshalton College Bricklaying Course Cover.

Short Story

Carshalton College was a complete bespoke design and build including groundwork. They wanted a solution so that they could run their bricklaying course undercover. The solution was an odd shape but we managed to incorporate their open space into a useable covered area.

January 2009 Boiler House

Short Story.

This was a really tricky building as the basic boiler was assembled before we could start. This didn’t leave a lot of room for the install, the building was 6.0m high to the eaves with single slope 11 degree roof. February 2009 Chemical Mixing Store

Short Story.

This is now being used as a chemical mixing store; it has a roller door each end with two interior walls providing a centre workspace for electrical controls. The roof has the non-condensation fleece applied to the cladding. The Colour is Pigeon Grey 18B17.

March 09 Weighing Building Initial Medical.

Short Story.

This is possibly the smallest building that we have ever designed and manufactured, the client was Initial Medical and the building is now being used for a weighing room. Took a day or so to install, the colour is Cornflower Blue 18E53. The doors are high security multi locking double P.A. doors, which are finished in primer ready for painting.

April 09 Open Fronted Farm Building

Short Story.

Quick and easy assembly this building is used as an open fronted Farm Store for machinery/general storage. 5º Single pitched roof. Clad in 0.7mm Plastisol roof panels and 0.5mm Plastisol wall panels finished in Juniper Green 12B29. These buildings are quick to assemble and their bolt together makeup means that they have a temporary building status. No slab, this sits on individual pads.

May 09 Small Store

Short Story.

Small mono pitch building to be used as a store in Hampshire.

June 09 Parts Lockup/Overnight Delivery Collection Point

Short Story.

Small Mono Pitched building for a Main Peugeot Dealer in Herts, measuring 3.0m wide x 3.5m in Length with a 2.6m Eaves height this building is being used for a Parts overnight delivery point for their Peugeot Standards. The kit was assembled in 3 days. Cladding was finished in Ivory RAL9002 with a matching Ivory manual roller door. The clients were very pleased with the finished building.

July 09 Farm Canopy Store and Office Unit

Short Story.

Medium size farm unit and offices located in Essex, building consists of an open fronted farm type building and two story full office unit.
