Our kits can be made to an eaves height of 7.0m so you can incorporate a mezzanine floor in the design for maximising space. These can be added to each bay individually, therefore you can have part office space and part warehouse if required.

INSTEEL™ INDUSTRIAL The kits can be designed to bolt side by side giving up and over apex roofs so you can design up to 50m spans. The buildings can be designed with Portal or Mono pitched roofs, also with a side Lean to. A typical kit comes with wall and roof clad with profile steel cladding (Plastisol or Paint finishes), including Skylights as required, and to deal with condensation problems we can supply the steel roof sheets with an 80g/m2 polyester felt to the underside of the steel cladding sheet designed to hold any condensation until dried out, and can clad the steel building with 40mm up to 100mm Composite steel cladding which will reduce the heat loss with a ‘U’ Value up to 0.25 (heated factory steel buildings require a ‘U’ value of 0.25. We can form openings in the steel buildings cladding for ducts and vents etc...
