Light Industrial Roller Door Systems

We use a variety of lightweight roller doors in our kits from trusted manufacturers such as Henderson and Gliderol Doors.

The standard light industrial roller doors are chain operated, manufactured typically from 0.45 gauge steel with a Plastisol coating. These are available in a range of colours or a galvanised finish. They can be manufactured to a width of 5.0meters and to a height of 5.0meters.

The continuous sheet curtain roller doors are strong, quiet and reliable and cheaper than other door options.

The advantages of a roller door over the traditional up-and-over are plain to see. They save space inside and outside the garage, are easy to install and are more secure. Lightweight roller doors are popular with major builders and householders because of the quality and superior design characteristics.

Lightweight roller doors are available in an easy to operate manual version or with the complete luxury of touch-of-a-button automatic operation.

Lightweight roller doors are manufactured with a galvanised steel profile curtain and come complete with a maintenance-free Plastisol coating running through steel guide rails on either side of the door.

They will remain a very safe door for you to operate throughout its life span. The spring assisted spindle assembly will ensure that the door always opens and closes easily, providing reliable performance at all times.
